What do we need?
We are seeking a motivated Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting client projects, developing new proposals, and driving internal initiatives. The ideal candidate is ready to take on leadership responsibilities, embrace challenges, and step outside their comfort zone to foster both personal and professional growth.

What will you do?
Support and/or lead client projects in a wide range of industries and areas, with project types including:
Assistance in accounting research and documentation
Active involvement in period-end close processes
Participation in brainstorm sessions for process optimization, including opportunities for automation
Participation in learning of data science basics, and involvement in upcoming business intelligence client projects
Preparation of memos or supporting files for upcoming client audits and/or transaction diligence reviews
Assistance in financial statement preparation
Ad-hoc projects as needed
Support internal initiatives for the growth of Zeroed-In, including:
Participation in prospective client meetings and preparation of project proposals
Assistance in preparation of Zeroed-In thought leadership for social media and other marketing efforts
Research and training of the latest topics in the accounting and technology environments
Participate in candid brainstorming sessions that will help shape the future of Zeroed-In culture and vision
What kind of person are we looking for?
Required
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant accounting experience
Technical Skills
Solid understanding of US GAAP
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Soft Skills
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
Superior written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and able to thrive under pressure
Team player, with a positive and collaborative attitude
Proactive on team/client requests and taking ownership of assigned duties
Desire to learn, including topics outside of accounting/finance
Shares company values and vision and is excited by the challenge of working in a dynamic start-up environment involving wearing multiple hats
Preferred
CPA license, or completion of CPA Exam
5+ years of public accounting experience, including financial statement audit experience
How are you paid?
We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward high performance and support your professional growth:
Base Salary
$105,000 - $110,000, commensurate with role and experience.
Incentives
3-4% commission for introducing new clients.
4-5% commission for leading/managing client projects.
